Ordered some blinds for my bedroom which were made and delivered within a week, they are well made look lovely and of a good quality

My second order from them, I’m slowly replaced voile curtains with perfect fit blinds, well the blind fit perfectly and work perfectly. This order actually came nearly a week early which was a nice surprise, that and free delivery (thanks v much MMB!). I’ll be back for my last pair in a couple of months and that’s all I need from this company. However I live on a new build estate that’s still under construction with people moving in and asking for recommendations for blinds etc. I’m happy to recommend this company and obviously repeat order from them

The blinds arrived promptly and were well-packaged. The fitting instructions were easy to follow, both for assembling the blinds and fitting onto the windows. So easy! The honeycomb has added welcome insulation to the kitchen, which faces north. Highly delighted with the product.

Good fit and good delivery experience. Took almost two weeks for delivery, and the Installation instructions were really basic. Overall quality is okay, plugs at the bottom fell out but easy to put back in, and there is a bit of a gap at the top

Very high quality blinds, easy to install; and superb after-sale services (by JM). They mailed me the replacement of bottom inserts for vertical blinds as soon as I reported missing in the package

The blinds were good, but they had put the 'controls' on the wrong side on 2 out of 3 of the blinds which meant they had to be installed the wrong way round.

Bought blinds for patio doors, gave inside measurements and chose the colour, everything came as described and to size, very pleased with everything and a great price too. Space to notch when fitting incorrect, longer than a credit card. Otherwise brilliant product.

Would be helpful to let customers know that the string is tied around the end as it looks fixed when trying to make up.

The blinds arrived two days earlier than expected which was great, however the quality has dropped since we last bought one. The bottom runner is now hollow plastic and once having removed the 3 lugs to reduce the depth of the blinds to better fit I had to glue them back as the plastic had stretched.

Excellent website. Made it easy to order swatches of the materials we were interested in. Also, instructions on taking measurements correctly were very clear and straightforward. Blinds were a perfect fit. We highly recommend this online service.

Recent purchase were vertical type (blackout) I’m happy with quality of blind slats but fixtures and fittings were a disappointment. I expected metal chain for altering blind position not plastic! I also ordered replacement cord weights as quality wasn’t good.
I’m not sure if I’d use this company again or I shouldn’t have assumed the quality of vertical blinds would be the same as day & night roller type I previously purchased.
